Apart from D2D and SDs (which always have to be attempted), EVERYTHING is 1st class once it reaches a DO. The difference between 1C and 2C is built in to when it's processed in a MC

Small company's can pay staff 12 weeks wages to sit in the house , I think rmg can afford it plus were still working on top of that ....

Do you honestly think they will call for a strike in the middle of a crisis none of us have ever known.

Were a ticking time bomb to spread this to gates , plastic door bells.

To be honest I think some of them are in there just to make sure it's a no.

If they're looking for everything or nothing they've massively overreached.

If it's a genuine bargaining position and they're willing to give up some for others they probably should have gone for a more friendly tone.

Publicity should then be given to the fact that they RMG are now an arm of Government

That isn't going to fly from the business or the government. That's just political bollocks.

Plus hate hearing were a private company now so is the most of the UK

And there not even letting there employee's go near there work place stay at home

Minimum 4 to 12 weeks

And that was over 9 days ago

A strike? No.

A refusal to work until lethally unsafe conditions for the sake of non-essential stuff is fixed? Why not.

At the moment we are more like Sports Direct than the NHS in this crisis.

They've already ruled that out, their reason/excuse is that the situation is varied across the business.

Why would we work 3 out of our current 5 days for 50% pay when people not working are getting 80% for 0 days a week.

RM can't afford to pay part-time work at full time rates for any length of time, we need to accept that.

Heath and safe working conditions should be non-negotiable though.
