the problem is if i follow the rules and put round a's d2ds in on monday and take where im going but on tues duty holder of round b hasnt put any in forcing me to so i dont get disciplined, then on wednesday duty holder of round c has only been doing column by column, the poor reserve is going to be putting an unfair amount of d2ds in or face a bollocking..

Ask manager on Monday 'Is everybody putting in ALL D2D's today boss?' If the answer is Yes then do it (working to time or OT if necessary). If No, just put in one day's worth.....
If posties b and c don't then put in all their D2D's on Monday having been told to, then I would say to the boss, not enough D2D's put in on these frames boss contrary to your instructions, what do you want me to do?

I have not been in since a week past friday, so dont know the state my office is in, but what i have been reading on here, ie: busy, snowed under, walks failing will you not be going to most doors anyway on a Monday for example??
