Why are you more at risk out on delivery? I can't wait to get out in the morning, out of an office all on top of each other. I dare say in most delivery offices it is impossible to respect the 2 meter rule at all times when fully staffed. Why have they deemed it not ok to share a van for 20 or 30 mins but they have you prepping almost shoulder to shoulder with the same person for an hour and a half?Intercityfirm1970 wrote:Ours want three 12 hours shifts 3 days off

Asking you to work 2-8 is a reasonable request and is in line with most people's contracts. Those with legitimate issues with this such as child care should be accommodated for and stay on their "regular" shifts.
