The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

There's a difference between 'transmitting' Covid, and 'getting' Covid. The latest info suggests that you are still as likely to 'transmit' the virus being double vaccinated as you are without. Obviously, you are at higher risk of 'getting' Covid if you're unvaccinated.TrueBlueTerrier wrote: ↑11 Nov 2021, 16:00Interesting, do you have any links to back this up, all the data I've seen seems to indicate unvaccinated people both increase the risk of transmission, and increase the chances of severity if they contract it.2yearpostie wrote: ↑11 Nov 2021, 15:27Why though? Even if you are double vacced you can still catch and spread it just as easily as an un-vaccinated person. If the unvaccinted wants to take a chance then thats up to them?clashcityrocker wrote: ↑11 Nov 2021, 15:16Send you home.rubberbond wrote: ↑10 Nov 2021, 18:35If you are asked about this and you reply my health record is a private matter , I am under no legal or moral obligation to tell you , what are they going to do about it.
If there has been an outbreak at an office and there is a very high possibility that everyone has been in close contact with someone who has been infected then, following the flow chart so usefully provided by Postman, everyone who is not double vaccinated must self isolate for 10 days.
If you refuse to divulge your vaccination status the only sensible thing is to remove you from the workplace. (Preferably unpaid for being an arsehole)

I need to see the full picture so if you have different credible sources I'd be interested to read them
The articles TBT has referenced highlight these facts, based on findings from The Lancet.https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lani ... 4/fulltext
