Hi, wondering if you could give me some help here.

when i reply to a post there is a list of options on the left including one saying 'HTML is OFF'
is there anyway i can set this to on? I have alreay selected always allow html in my profile.

sorry if the answer to this one is really simple, what can a say other than i'm a newbie here

HTML on a message board is a big no no,the new version of this board (phpbb)coming out later on in the year will permanently disabled it.
It's very dangerous,and most other message boards on the net,regardless of make,disable it as well.
Users can post scripts ect and completley screw the board up.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

ok didnt realise it could cause so many propblems. just wanted to be able to use the emoticons i have on my pc. they require that i copy and paste the html
