the last forum i was a member of, a few years ago was watched by our managers  it was really funny, we would pass them while they were reading our posts on their computers in work:dance and they got their knickers in a twist when we were discussing sick absence procedure and how you could have time off without triggering a stage warning

at one time i was questioned by a manager as to the identity of certain people, which i can say i with my hand on my heart that i just denied any knowledge of

so what i want to know is......... is it likely that managers come on here and if they do, how often will i get pulled into the office :dance

Sorry meant to reply to this the other day. :d'oh!
There are managers on here i know that for sure, they haven't posted as such yet but they do view the site.
The only way they can tell who you are is if they're clever enough to dissect your posts (so that's a no no :Very Happy )
Your username and some of you have some really strange ones
Or by me telling them, which aint gonna happen :no no
You guys are totally anonymous.
So most of you i wouldn't worry about it.
Someone put a snapshot of the site on a noticeboard at my place :nervous
Everytime i walk past the office and my Dom is on the comp i s**t me self, cause i haven't been too kind to him and the lino on here

Anyway if any managers are looking in at this, come on post, give us your views.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

On an entirely different subject I just wondered if anyone understood what this week's WTLL was all about - the one with the extensive powerpoint on the future of the business?
