Just a quick one before it becomes a major problem. Members are requested not to use derogatory terms to describe groups of people, what you may find inoffensive and light hearted could be taken the wrong way and cause either harm to another member who is in a vulnerable state of mind, or perhaps more likely, cause damage to your own employment prospects. If I see such offending posts I may delete them without informing the poster for their own safety, but in most cases, I will send a message informing why it was removed.

Also, members are reminded that in line with the rules of the board anyone of any political bent is welcome on here as long as they also follow the rules and don't promote hate. This also means that member ARE NOT allowed to try and bait other members who hold different political views and if you can't debate in an adult manner without using derogatory terms then you yourself are not welcome.

Also if you consider other members use of language demeaning, arrogant or condescending, then please ignore them. If they show you no respect then they are not worth the time and effort you may spend in trying to engage with them. Sometimes people think their behaviour is acceptable, while others find it less so. When it doesn't break the rules I can't do anything, but if no one responds to their post they may understand why.

I take it a certain member I had previous run ins with is up to his old tricks again espousing his socialist workers credentials, by telling people how they should confirm to his world views and his only views are valid and everyone else is wrong.
