Help Royal Mail Website

Post by andy84 »

I have been on the Royal Mail Website a couple of times now recently, I have been trying to use the search for jobs I put in my Post code in capitals and it just comes up with the following message.

Your search failed. Please make sure you are not using small words such as; it, a, i, the etc..

There is no way on the site to contact them on the contacts list it says that, This is an online application process only. Please do not attempt to call any of the numbers above as the advisors will not be able to assist you. Support is available through the website and job FAQs to enable you to apply for vacancies.

does anyone know if the site has a error or problem at the moment because It will not let me search for Jobs at the moment.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Im glad that it is not just me but how can anyone search or apply if the system is not working and it will not let me report it.

If I can not report it or anyone else how will they find out that there is a error and when will they relise so that it can be fixed
