I don't think you can,you have to have a royalmail.com email address,ie your managers can but us menials can't.

I have tried in the past and they refuse to answer unless it comes from a Royal Mail email address.

I wanted to find out about putting my name on to transferring list.
I would ask my manager but he is useless, I had to chase him 3 months just for him to order me a jacket.
Any ideas? Would calling work for what I want?
