Avatars.
Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts.
Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 100 pixels, the height no greater than 100 pixels,
and the file size no more than 6 KB.
How to resize your favourite Image.
Go here and follow the instructions.
http://www.shrinkpictures.com
Use the 100 Pixels option. When the pic is done you will then need to host your image at the link provided.
After that, right click the image, and then click properties copy the url which may look something like this,
http://www.4freeimagehost.com/show.php? ... 3e8bc6.jpg then post it in your 'Link to off-site Avatar:' box then submit.
I would suggest you eventually use a different image hosting site as the above has a time limit on it.
Personally i use www.photobucket.com

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
