Hello,
I work in healthcare and would like to know where you buy your trolleys and if there are any specific security rules in relation to leaving them unattended etc.
Thanks!

They are bought centrally so not sure who we buy them from.Silverwood wrote:Hello,

Yes there are security rules but you'll understand why we cant post them here. You could try a FOI request if you want as RM are subject to compliance with them.

Re: Buy Postal Trolley
Thanks - if anyone from center is out there I would appreciate you forwarding details of your suplier for your postal trolleys.
In relation to the security I am only interested in the postal distribution aspect e.g. are the trolleys locked when unattended, chained to lamposts to stop theft etc. I understand if they are and this must be very time consuming and inconveanient so how do's the average posty get around it?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
