I'm quite concerned at how rude some people on these forums are to our customers.
As a customer it is very easy to underestimate what is involved in being a postie - as is the case with most jobs you don't do.
Our customers have genuine complaints and a news system full of conflicting view and propaganda. They come here for advice (often justifiably upset) and end up being insulted and ridiculed.
This forum is a good source of information and comradery but it is being spoiled by a small minority that think it is their private rant site.
