If I want to make enquiries about how how the managers position relates to the workforce in terms of union membership, strike action etc.
i.e. are operations managers part of the union, can you strike against the privatisation plans etc..
Thinking of applying for the grad operations management programme and also wondered what people made of it if they;ve
gone for it from the shopfloor or gone straight in as a grad?
Any ideas what forum section that would go in?

Re: Question
I see you've posted it in blue shirts which is the correct forum.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
