Making up rumours now - I am 200 miles from HQ and they do not know who I am. Not even my manager knows who I am and he keeps asking me about this forum.

Why are you insulting mine and others integrity, ,

The rules are there for a reason if you don't like our policy then don't post and set up your own forum with your own rules. If you do want to post then its simple:

Off course its not marky The site is independent from CWU HQ and is run by posties just like yourself mate.We all have different views on different topics that are posted,some do tend to go a little over the top at times,some can be of great benefits to people on here.But we do have rules and regulations to uphold because if we let every Tom Dick and Harry come on here and say what they like we would be gone as quick as you could say On The Sorting Please Ladies And Gents.

The Moderators do a vital, very time consuming and often difficult task to provide us with this most valuable resouce and i'm sure they don't deserve such negative comments.

im not making up any rumours im only asking a question. what i would say is it is insulting to me that some of my posts are deleted when others seem to get away with breaking your rules. but sure equality rules on this site.

i do agree with others on this site that rmc is a good place for info and very helpful.. all i ask for is equality.

if members on the mainland ever had to go through what some members have gone through here in N,I and came on here asking for help we would be over or offering help at the drop of a hat no matter what the costs.

A lot of it, is due to how people react to posts. For example: if someone clicks the "Report Post" Icon, we must investigate it, and if there is anything untoward, either edit, or delete it. If there is anything that could identify someone (apart from their Username of course), then we have to do something about that too. Of course, there are other reasons why we might intervene (e.g. persistent attacks on specific users). But generally, that's why we intervene.

So long as it's used in good faith (so far it always has been), anyone can report a post. We get a list (if there's more than one), telling us about them, and we do our best to sort them ASAP.

If there's any specific posts that are upsetting you, then please either use the report post icon, or PM me, or one of the other Moderators. I give you my word, that we will investigate them as a matter of urgency.

thanks for the explanation andy its now all fitting into place. that's all i needed to know. as for posts that offend me its only the ones where people think rm is the best thing since sliced bread.
