Yes it can do if you break any of their rules. Confidentiality, if you give away a "Trade Secret" or name someone inappropriately. If your posts can be deemed as Bullying and Harassment. You can also be held legally responsible if you post an opinion as a fact, or if you present an untruth as a fact, or if someone believes you have defamed their character. This is why we posted the rules and guidelines so that the chance of being disciplined or sued is reduced.

Basically generalise, don't post identifying information and don't name people and you will be fine.

No site in the world can guarantee 100% security. I mean remember that British Hacker that got into the Pentagons system and is being deported. However as long as POSTMAN keeps up to date with the background software updates and implements all the Security system that come with the software the chances that we will be hacked again will be diminished. If we are hacked again just make sure that your password for this site is not the same as for other sites or your main email/IPS account and you will be fine. If you look around the net there is a lot of free password storage software. I use and recommend Roboform.

If you follow the guidelines and post sensibly you will not be identified. Postman and myself posts all the time and apart from personal friends no-one has yet been able to identify me.

Teebs as always has it spot on.
The previous hack as i've posted before was unfortunate. It was a foreign hack and nothing to do with RM.
Most people are anon on here for obvious reasons which is a shame but it still does not give anyone the right to go hell for leather.
The site does get RM Managers on here and some of our members have been caught out, just be careful what you post as so it does not give away your identity or where you work.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
