The following national Joint Guidelines result from the RMG/CWU Pathway to Change – Key Principles National Agreement and set out the agreed approach and activities to be undertaken within the delivery units as outlined in section 2.3 Rebalancing the Operation from Letters to Parcels (Delivery).
Revision activity will be split into two categories with one approach adopted for each unit for deployment during 2021 and completed by the end of October 2021.
This revision activity will be either a table top revision or a full structural revision.
It is confirmed that both of these categories will include the one hour’s reduction of the working week in line with the Pathway to Change Agreement.
The approach and scope of activity covered by these National Joint Guidelines will be for Structural Revisions, the process for this is detailed below...

PDA actual data is apparently only used if there is a disagreement.

They know they have screwed up a lot of the revisions (inc. ours) and now they need more time to make them a little less screwed-up.

Good luck by the end of october in my office,management just have no clue,7 or 8 walks not covered everyday loads of loops left ,come back off my long weekend and 3 days worth to deliver its as if they have just give up ,by the end of this week 10 yorkes of mail left from the beginning of the week. with the busy October to xmas fast approaching i have a feeling it will just all collapse,as for the letter from HR yesterday i really do think they are living in some sort of utopia.If i was a customer i would have no faith in the managerial team in this company what so ever,roll on xmas.
