The following national Joint Guidelines result from the RMG/CWU Pathway to Change – Key Principles National Agreement and set out the agreed approach and activities to be undertaken within the delivery units as outlined in section 2.3 Rebalancing the Operation from Letters to Parcels (Delivery).
Revision activity will be split into two categories with one approach adopted for each unit for deployment during 2021 and completed by the end of October 2021.
This revision activity will be either a table top revision or a full structural revision.
The approach and scope of activity covered by these Joint Guidelines will be for local level table top revisions, the process for this is detailed below...
