Hopefully you are pushing for airtime on bbc/itv and Channel 4. Because my customers today think our bosses are investing in a better service for them!!

I would say most people don't want to answer the door at night to delivery people. It's the reverse of an improvement to the service.

I think legally under the postal act max time is 9.00 PM just as you cannot deliver before 7.00 AM it sometimes is a bone of contention growing the evening service is not against what the CWU wants but it is the way and manor of taking work and giving work without seeking agreement with the CWU. Or even to see if anyone cannot use a toilet for 6 or 7 hours kind of it will work structure it has not been thought through like all plans by management have never been as thinking hurts them and change is a consequence of not having a workable plan!Celgar wrote:I would say most people don't want to answer the door at night to delivery people. Terry states; "according to our calculations"... "somewhere in the region of 20,000 job losses" .... " potentially 20,000 job losses" .... "we believe we're talking about circa 20,000 job losses"TrueBlueTerrier wrote:
Very concerning to say the least.
