thats piss poor really and isnt going to happen then what ? , and i wonder how many have been done right and how many do work ? , as we have had a bit of a start on ours and all i have heard is your looking at an increase of a 6 hour duty span and its all about savings and no mention of a fair and manageable workload or the shorter working week , so good luck with that as we cant get done now within our time . and christmas will be a massive failure again with no covid to fall back on , oh well

We only had a Table Top Revision and intially it didn't look that bad.

However as soon as the first changes went in the Goal Posts started moving...... we had a lot of staff being deliberately obstructive ...... the workload started moving from the Whingers to the Quiet Ones .... more adjustments started to be put in ..... staff moved duties (couldn't be trained properly with No Van Share) ....... Extra Leave Slots opened for the Summer ........ Staff Sickness .... Several Jacked .... and it's now total chaos!

Still we've got some New Uniforms to look forward to. I think the CEOs heart is the right place but he's pissing in the wind with his present Managers

I've had a one-to-one chat with the CEO and it was quite clear that he will only take notice of the people who tell him everything is wonderful. He isnt interested in the unrealistic workloads and he isn't interested in bullying - because his advisors tell him neither exist.

I'm sure you're right. I expect we'll still be messing about with "Minor Adjustments" right up to Christmas!

I like the guys enthusiasm to be honest but surely he can not believe words coming from his own mouth. Structural revisions in our area are SO far behind, zero chance being done for October

Our DO is due for one next year but i predict it will be 2025 by time its done

If they listened to the staff instead of just rushing the mess through and relying on geo route it might help. Thought things were gonna be different . Staff morale not great .
