Prestwich Delivery Office colleagues took our crew behind-the-scenes to demonstrate the changes they’ve made.

Delivery office manager, Barry Sudding, tells RMtv: ‘We’re the first in the country to go live with the new revision methods. It was a great opportunity to work with the union and stakeholders in the business to get the walks equalised, look at the way we do deliveries, utilise the tools that we’ve got and just really put forward a new way of working together as we move forward.’

interesting listening to a few comments in this and was this a table top of a full revision , what are the new delivery methods ? you mention pray tell , and you say you have one half the office dealing with pkts and parcels and the other half dealing with letters ? so how does that work and what are the delivery spans in the letter delivery side compared to the parcel side . and it did make me laugh a relief dim saying it makes there days easyier , f***ing hell how easy do they want it .

Equal the walks out LOL under our revision he seems to put more lapsing on the people who are already getting back late and not add any to the people finishing earlier! They still letting people finish early and the union I keep saying but it’s still job and finish but I thought this had stopped
