Ours is like that Pie. .dom adament he wont do that . Why we dont know ! Would rather add bits of jobs miles away makes no sense . Maybe sthing to do with his superiors , awful situation .

Maybe it’s related to the handsome bonus he would have received.

It really is bonkers , they wont listen to any of us, if they did our office and many others would be doing not bad . Partners office is the same too , sad days

I work in Oldham. Ours came in 8th Nov after we took a vote to bring it in. We were told if we vote no, negotiations regarding the revised walks being too big would continue, we would however loose our opportunity for a 5 day weekend every 4 weeks (9 day fortnight) and the walks would most likely be implemented anyway due to pressure from the top. Complete scaremongering! Many had emotional breakdowns last week because the work load is simply impossible. We're being forced to go over our time on a regular basis just to get the Tracked and 2 - 3 loops of mail done... between 2 of us! Of course this means 9 - 10 loops are being left in the frames building up to as much as quadruple mail by the time you get around to doing them. We're constantly cold, tired, hungry, thirsty, dying for the loo and physically exhausted. We're being told we're underperforming and our work ethic is not good enough. It's an absolute shambles, and a huge insult to our posties hard work and professionalism!

It;s working amazingly well .....have been in the office with our bullying managers every day this week and had to hand in 4 grievance letters off disgruntled posties, mainly thanks to one of the narcississtic personality disordered management quoting " I can force you into working over your time " routine. ~#bullying and harrassment #

Can't believe they are still trying this one,managers repeating this should face the sack.
