So when we go down to 37 hours our basic pay is £458.04 leaving us on £12.37 an hour.
If we do the first 10 hours over time it's £12.16 even less after that

Ours starts next week, new hours are:-
Mon 715- 1415 18 mins later start time
Tue 715- 1403 18 mins later start
Wed 700-1457 3 mins off both
Thur 700-1457 3 mins off both
Fri 700- 1443 3 mins off start 2 mins off end
Sat 700-1400 18 mins later start
Mon 715- 1415 18 mins later start time
Tue 715- 1403 18 mins later start
Wed 700-1457 3 mins off both
Thur 700-1457 3 mins off both
Fri 700- 1443 3 mins off start 2 mins off end
Sat 700-1400 18 mins later start
