Seems to me that a lot has gone wrong at this depot and its just been left to rot

A delivery performance taskforce :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle

A HR expert able to pull forward some recruitment....no sh*t Sherlock!! Its probably chronically understaffed like our office.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

We need the Task force Working Association Team of Simon (T.W.A.T.S for short) to pay a visit here, our new labels have white street names on yellow labels. If you put your head an inch from the label you can just about read the street name. Great work team!
Brilliant, although I that they were also known as "Simon's High Impact Team".

The Team get's involved as follows:

1. Simon hears that a postie has said "It's s*** here" and wants to improve life there for that poor postie
2. So he sends in S.H.I.T.
3. The DOM is advised that S.H.I.T. is on its way and can be heard crying "Oh s***".
4. S.H.I.T> do there business and leave, reporting back to Simon that no s**** has been left behind
5. the local post hears this and says "NO S***!"
6. Simon hears this as a positive and reports back to the board of his success and then (remembers) to was his hands of everything.

So has anyone here had a visit from the Shock Troops yet?
Is there a disparity between the reality and the managerial perception/propaganda of their efficacy?

I'm glad to see we've still got a sense of humour, as well as imagination. :cuppa

I think these would look particularly good across the back of those snazzy jackets the likes of the FBI wear (or in our case probably a Hi-Vis)! :cuppa
