Totally agree with Yubin . They knew what was coming but reccommended we should go ahead with this huge disaster. A fed up , worn out workforce already , christmas pressure normally dosent bother us but this year OMG ! There are some staff looked after with duties not touched etc , to avoid winding them up , has this gone on all over the place too?

CWU wrote:Just over 100 of you have filled out our feedback form to let us know where you have issues with your revisions.
Doing this will help us to identify the problem offices and get people engaged locally and divisionally to sort things out.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Exactly, a pointless exercise, a stupid programme for shareholders from the new clueless ceo. This company will fail this Christmas, big time. Delays will be massive to all products.
If the media is watching, please do a report on the shambolic situation the Royal Mail has been deliberately put in by senior managers.
CUT OFF!!!

Our revision is 3 months old. (Happy Birthday.)
It was a s**t show on day one. It is still a s**t show today.
I look forward to the intervention of a task force - preferably one that isn't made up of intellectual pygmies.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

This "task force" are going to "offices that would benefit from dedicated experts"
Every office has loads of "dedicated experts" They're called bloody POSTIES. Go speak to some of them maybe? Hmm? Ever thought of that?
What a f***ing complete and f* ing utter f***ing clown show. Clueless f*****ers, RM, CWU, f*** em all.

I second this. f**k every last one of them. And f**k Terry Pullinger twice for being a self serving fraud who sold us all out for an easy life for himself.sindba wrote: ↑05 Nov 2021, 17:13This "task force" are going to "offices that would benefit from dedicated experts"

I think you missed the point, lots of problems still exist and existed before the revision and still haven't been solved.

and reps knew the revisions were unworkable but were ridden roughshod over and some c*** further up the greasy pole of full time release under instructions from the never worked a day in years level, signed the f***ing things off. What secret back room deal is going down here? Preserve the share price at all costs? Preserve jobs at all costs? Jobs for who because no f****r in their right mind looks at their frame and thinks this is a fair days work. Come on, you can tell us if you're in with RM to break the USO, we won't tell OFCOM. I'm sure the outcome they painted was rosy but after everything you have learned dealing with the brass hats do you believe it?yubin282 wrote: ↑05 Nov 2021, 20:22I think you missed the point, lots of problems still exist and existed before the revision and still haven't been solved.
