Complete mess and waste of time, if something isn't done soon then customers can say goodbye to Christmas, never mind fuel crisis or empty shelves. Heads must roll and quickly.

Our revision has been planned with some walks at 62% and others at 68% call rate. Previous revision was planned at 80% call rate across the board.
Fudging the numbers to make it fit?

Looks like most offices there seems to be issues.Majority of staff in our office are saying the planned new walks are rubbish... Who signs the revisions off.Is the CWU involved . Surley the managers got to answear to somebody why the walks are failing.Understand need for change and it needs it.

I don't know why they are completing these revisions (or trying) this month. The Xmas peak is just around the corner. Sorting, new partners, all have to bed in.

Overnight our office has gone from being clear virtually every day to mail only going out every 2 or 3 days. The loop sequencing is a complete mess, going in and out of the same block of flats twice, pointlessly zig-zagging across busy main roads, unnecessary dead-walking etc. It's abundantly clear there has been zero checking or testing of anything and the only thing it's accomplished is making the job slower and more difficult. Absolute joke that a "proper" company could act like this. Heads must roll at executive level.

Total shambles at my office. Union have been in since the start and since then a major let down. No input from us posties who know the walks and it shows. Fittings are terrible (eg flats that go in order say 1 to 10, are now in the fittings as 9,7,1,3,6,8,2,4,5,10 so you can imagine flats going 20+), double slots terrible for d2ds, ridiculous loops that make no sense, roads missing, businesses missing, pillar boxes on pdas all wrong, list goes on. Again we've gone from a clear office a couple of weeks ago to walks failing everyday, mountains of d2ds undelivered, mail being left day after day. Union all talk and show utterly no respect to members at our office. Although the rep at our office has sorted themselves with an unbelievably short walk. Well done to both them and RM, roll on christmas.

So our office went from a structural revision(which in fairness seemed awful and done by someone with no clue about the office) to a tabletop revision.

Just adding bits to certain walks while others get nothing. Won't be remotely fair in the end but enough good duties for the rep and his buddies no doubt.

My question is are the walks that aren't changing at all able to be kept out of the re-pick of duties ? I feel like I've read that rule on here before but wasn't sure how true it was and if it was a union agreement or a royal mail thing.
