In our realignment/scan in out, most favouritism and nepotism was killed off. Previously people were going home 30, 45 and 60 mins early for years. As usual some do not have to follow their new duty and so to cover them with casuals while they relax with manager friend, or go home for bit, play on phone will cost Royal Mail £60,000 per year for the three of them. Mind you the manager can't be arsed to stick around himself. Again he's going sick and driving his taxi round whilst being paid by Royal Mail's insurers. Why does the most dishonest person in the group have to be the manager.
