As per the video, he's giving an update to 'The market' in November, and HE WANTS to say one thing to them, that he delivered what he promised.

Ours went `live` today well one of the main sections and parcel duties, next section in two weeks time etc etc, absolute carnage this morning,
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
