On 2 of my back dated payments i have missed the cut off by 10 mins! Is there anything i can do about this as it is absolutely ridiculous.
Any advice would be great.

It's frustrating to see scenarios like this. I would go via ACAS and put in a claim.

Put in an Employment Tribunal claim for non payment of holiday pay. Go through the ACAS procedure first:

I think you will find you actually missed by 30 mins 7,50 is 7 and a half hrs same thing happened to me

Ridiculous again by the union p1 24.5 p2 6.45 p3 3hrs 2weeks leave) p4 19 p5 43 p6 13 hours shud just divide by 6 months to make it fair as if you have 2 weeks off you screwed

You need to put in a claim to the Employment Tribunal if you want to challenge the non payment. It relatively easy and costs nothing to enter a claim. You have 3 months from the date you didn’t get paid, leave it any longer and you will be out of time.
