Anyone else not confident in getting the delayed holiday pay this coming Friday (12th)??

Would be nice to have been kept informed about what is going on with my claim,but have heard nothing.Have done everything I think I should have but am not very hopeful.

Got this email from CWU on 28/10 but only thing I’ve received. Nothing from RM to say they received my instruction though…
Many thanks for your email of 6th October.
We have updated our list for the Tribunal office and the Royal Mail indicating your withdrawal of your holiday pay claim, which will be sent to them shortly. As all parties are having to deal with around 6,000 claims, we kindly ask that you allow time for your claim to be dealt with. Also, any payment enquiries must be raised with the employer, as neither the Tribunal office nor we deal with such matters.

‘Allow time’….that’s a joke do you think!!?
Have to agree communication has been awful and the work is 6000 original claimants have had to do in respect of chasing this up, is just shocking really.
