Hi everyone,
I'm on holiday this week and next, I've checked my payslip and got nothing. I've just checked the holiday tab on the people app, and the periods of Feb and March are marked as fail, even though I do an S/A three days every week.
Also excluding my S/A, I did 116 hrs over the four months that count.
Why should we be penalised by RM's overtime ban.
Looking at it,I will be entitled to holiday pay in three months when I have 6 continuous 'PASS', by which time I will have used up my holidays!
And of course our wonderful union agreed to this sh@tshow!
