Thanks in advance for taking your time and read my concern!
Unfortunately I had to leave RM for my best interests. I've worked since Jun ( first agency after that convert to RM full time contract)
Ive put my notice today and in the notice I've mentioned my holiday pay. Ive started the contract at RM on 25th October and after my notice today I will stop working Sunday, 26th November. Ive mention to my line manager in my notice I would like my holidays pay to be added to my last payslip but he told me I'm not entitled for holiday pay because only after 13 weeks your holiday start to accrued.
I've read again and again my contract and I don't see any 13 weeks waiting till holidays starts to accumulate.
Even in my people app I can see they calculate my days/hours from my first day of employment.
Can any1 please explain me if Im entitled or not for any hour/days even Im just 5 weeks under contract?

It should tell you in the holidays section on the people app if you've accrued anything, as it's done in hours I'd suspect you should have something, apparently it's down to your manager to inform HR the amount they need to pay you for untaken leave, no idea about the 13 weeks thing but maybe your manager is thinking along the lines of if you get 4 weeks leave then you need to work 3 months to accrue a week of it, just guessing, you could also try phoning HR next week to check.

I've asked him today again and he said I will leave this to leavers team. But what everyone on the office is telling me..he needs to calculate and approve it first..
In my contract it's saying all holiday days untaken are required to take in the notice period.
I think he just needs me till last day.
I will call also HR as you mentioned.
