POST OFFICE: COLLECTIVE ENGAGEMENT FRAMEWORK (CEF) – BOUNDARIES AND CONSTITUENCIES OF REPRESENTATIVES

Further to 18LTB444 dated 3rd August.

I would like to advise Branches and our Post Office members that the Postal Executive has today unanimously endorsed the boundaries and constituencies for the 11 representative roles. A detailed presentation of the rationale for the new representative structure was given to our Post Office representatives last week. Also attached for your information is a breakdown of the Crown Offices and Supply Chain units for each of the 11 representative roles.

Now that the Postal Executive has determined a way forward, the Senior Deputy General Secretary’s department will publish a further LTB with a ballot timetable together with the nomination forms. I would remind branches that the election period is for three years.
