Dear Colleagues,

Servest



Today we received proposals from Servest in regard to the reduction of cleaning hours in POL (in all crown offices) which will affect our cleaning members pay, hours, terms and conditions.



We have requested an urgent meeting with Servest management to examine their proposals thoroughly, this will be taking place shortly. POL have told Servest that they want a reduction in cleaning services in all Post Office Branches. No agreement to this has been given. Branches will be kept informed of any developments in relation to the ongoing discussions.



We would ask Branches to make contact with their members who may be affected in order to re assure them that this issue is being dealt with at National Level.
