Dramatic video footage has caught the moment a group of robbers hurtled through a post office parcel hatch to stealing cash.
CCTV footage shows Cleon Perry, 41, and Edmund Brown, 33, entering a post office in West Norwood before Mr Perry then leaps through the parcel hatch with Mr Brown following close behind.
They then assault a member of staff and steal cash.
The pair along with an accomplice, Matthew Frazer, 42, carried out seven commercial robberies and attempted robberies during the space of five months, netting over £100,000 in cash.
On Friday, the group were jailed for a total of 37 years at Croydon Crown Court.
The video also shows a separate incident where Mr Perry and Mr Brown entered an exchange bureau in Vauxhall Bridge Road wearing high-vis clothing.
Mr Perry can be seen carrying a crowbar.
The men can be seen forcing the staff door open with the crowbar as staff try to resist.
One member of staff is then hit over the head by Mr Perry with the crowbar causing injury and permanent scarring to the head while Mr Brown stole the cash.
During the trial, the judge stated that the victim of this offence was to be commended for his bravery and said that footage of the incident was “shocking viewing”.
Mr Perry pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted robbery and five counts of robbery. He was sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment.

Their accomplice, Mr Frazer pleaded guilty to one count of robbery and one count of attempted robbery and was sentenced to eight years and eight months imprisonment.
The officer in the case, Detective Constable David Reed, from the Met’s Flying Squad said: “Such was the weight of evidence gathered against these three men, they had no option but to plead guilty.
“These offences involved high levels of violence and have been extremely traumatic for the victims involved. I would like to thank all the businesses who have assisted us in our investigation, the support of the staff has helped us secure a conviction against the group.”
