Waiting for contract

Hi All
Hope you can help...

I was sent my Offer of Employment email/letter on 24th July which stated they will send me 2 copies of my contract which will contain my payroll number etc. I am still waiting for this and am worried as the Offer of Employment letter says please return ASAP some forms that need to be complete - which require a payroll number on them.
Any ideas how long these contracts usually take to arrive? I start in less than 3 weeks time...

I have tried emailing my "Dedicated onboarder" but so far have not had a reply.

I only received my contract the day before my induction and I think others have had similar experience. I do not remember having to put the payroll number on the forms which came with the offer (it was a couple of years ago so maybe things have changed). Good luck
