Hi, I started working for RM two weeks ago and I know that my floater week is next week, so in all I would have three weeks. My manager said because I started recently I’m only going to get a three days off cause it’s only going to be three weeks in till my floater which I don’t know if that’s true or not.
But my main issue is will be I be able to take my Saturday off aswell along with my three days seeing as I was told that I would get every sixth Saturday off because I know if don’t take my Saturday off then I’m only going to be able to get it off another six weeks later. I know it’s kind of confusing but I really want to have my weekend off and I don’t want to have to wait another floater week to take it just because I’ve been working there for three weeks, they’re are the ones who want us to take our floater early.
