Unable to contact Royal Mail Recruitment

Hello
Looking for help with the application process please, I passed the online test and interview back in December 2018, I wasn't successful with that application but was told by email that when I applied for any new positions that I would not have to retake the online test or interview and I should ignore the automated email telling me to take the test, I have since applied for another two jobs with Royal Mail and ignored the email telling me to take the test as I was told but I have received emails telling me I have been unsuccessful as I hadn't taken the online test. I am unable to contact recruitment or HR to speak to someone about this so any help in this matter would be appreciated Thank You

Hi there, I've had a similar experience and haven't had any luck with a reply from the above email address, does anyone have a phone number or different contact details for them? I didn't even get a reply for the second post I applied for, it just went from testing to unsuccessful on my profile page, I am confuuuuused lol
