Insoles

Post by dan3mitch »

Hi guys and gals I have now been working with rm for 2 weeks delivery and loving it, clocking you the miles every morning I'm feeling great my feet hurt a little about 3 quarters through the delivery, obviously it's just getting used to all the walking but is there any replacement insoles that anyone has tried or recommends for the rm issue trainers to help with the daily stomp
Thanks all

I recommend going somewhere like DW Sports and getting advice on what type of feet you’ve got, ie flat/high arches. They can then recommend insoles for you. I have flat arches and use Sof Sole Airr Orthotic insoles which have made things much easier - I’ve not had any issues other than blisters.
I did try Enertor insoles but I found they offer little support with the balls of my feet and I didn’t really get on with them so probably sending them back as they offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. Might give them one more try though.
I don’t know if you get blisters, but I’ve found wearing anti-blister running socks has also helped massively.

I use silicon gel insoles that help me bounce down the street. :Very Happy Dr. Scholl's makes a good one, which are available in most stores.
