Hi Guys,
I start soon....30 hours (Part Time), 8.30-2.30.
1. I hear sometimes people finish early (before their contracted hours) and can go home early, but sometimes people finish late (go past their contracted hours).
Does this generally even itself out?.... so essentially you are more or less doing your total contracted hours per week?
2. How often in your own experience are you asked to do overtime? once a week? twice a week? daily?
3. I have read about postie's saying they come back early if there is too much post to deliver. At what point do you decide there is too much post? do you stick within your contracted hours, or maybe you work an extra 30mins past your contracted hours as sometimes you finish early? or if it's taking you an hour or so past your contracted hours do you make a claim for overtime?
