A few employment gaps

I was successful in the interview and now it’s the preemployment check. I haven’t had any significant gaps in my history except 1-3 months here and there. I usully took up some volunteering innetween jobs. But there was still a small gap. I wasn’t sure of the exact dates so I made it so there was less than a months gap which it wasn’t far from anyway. This was after I passed on the interview. On my initial CV I just went year by year to cover the gaps. Will this likely be a big problem? I know that most of the dates won’t be 100% accurate. I realised I made a mistake but I wasn’t sure of the exact dates in the first place. I was tempted to call and explain they may not be completely accurate but didn’t want to put my foot in it

Don`t worry, they won`t check that throughly or not check at all in my case
