Recently got 20hrs contract in Mail Centre.
Just few quick questions
i started in Feb and contract is for 6 Months.
confusion on Holiday entitlement that is it works from Feb to Aug or its Reset by April
and if Reset by April for 6 weeks from feb to april hows many days of holiday we entitled?
also how to join my bundle and is there any timeline to wait or can join now
I heard we could also buy off two weeks holiday same question could we buy now or wait till extended our contract?
Also please update me with other strps or things i need to know
I already joined the union.
