Help!
Hi, can someone please help me! I've applied for the postman position 7/8 times over the course of 16 months and I've gone above and beyond to prove my value to the company. My current life style is extremely suited to the fitness side of the role I'm also doing a delivery job from 5am every morning purely to help me get an interview. I've got in touch with all the offices around my area and hand written letters ect however I'm having know luck! I understand in ways why the online application process is needed however I'm feel I'm being overlooked and when there is an individual like myself how is striving for the role it's upsetting to revive the constant negative feedback with know reasons why I was unsuccessful. Would anyone know if there's anything I can do?

Help!
Marbles3099, I sympathise with you but unfortunately I haven't got any ideas. From reading others advice its best just to keep trying, you will get lucky eventually.
I was lucky enough to get an interview and got put on the waiting list but even once on the list I think that you need a bit of luck to finally get a job.
Up until recently, I hadn't applied for a job in over 30 yrs and was quite surprised at how recruitment has changed.
