I'm going through the security checks, just handed my drivers licence info
When I applied it was the £9.99 start, but now I look they are all £10.39 (or so)
Would anyone know if I've missed out, or has there been a company wide increase, meaning the advert is abit old
Thaaaanks

We are an unionised business so after the first year, everyone is on the same wage, less £1 for first 6 months and 50p for 2nd.
I would think you'll be one the new rate whatever that is when you start which is £10.39 per hour, plus supplement which in delivery is around 66p.

Sorry to jump in. Whats the 66p supplement? Is that on top of your 10.39 per hour?

Yes. It's the delivery supplement which everyone working in delivery gets. It's £25 odds per week for full-time staff, pro rata for part time staff working out at 66p for every hour worked (for the first 388hrs). RM is one of the better paying employers out their because of being in the union, which you SHOULD join it you get in. Good luck.
