HELP, AM I WORRYING????

Hi, Im looking for a bit of advice here,

So im at stage 6 where ive sent my photo off and CRB/ pre employment checks are being processed. On the part (Past Working History) i think i messed up!

So ive worked for a company for 11 years they went bust and they started up 2 months later and re employed me under a different company name, im self employed in the new company. When filling out the past history i put the new company in and they've only been trading a year. I should have put the old company in right? Have i messed up?

Ive come this far i really don't want to mess it up. Any advice people!

Thank you for your reply, I’ve done a company check and it says it’s been training for 5 years so hopefully I should be ok?
