What happens about lunch? Do posties work through lunch, take there own or grab something while out and about?

You are given a paid meal break, the length is dependant on how long you will be working that day.

But all 3 options mentioned above can and do happen.

I personally take a break around 1/2 way through in a cafe on my route, 1 postie eats his packed lunch while prepping his delivery, another takes 20 minutes break before going out, and another his full break.

You shouldn't work through your break, however, a lot do.
