I work 20 hours per week, can anyone tell me how many bank holidays I’m entitled to per year?.

Its not based on hours, but the number of days you work per week.

If you work 4 - 6 days a week you are entitled to ALL of them.

Can I ask regarding bank holidays, obviously I know there’s no deliveries and collections on bank holidays, so would they require you to work in the sorting office on these days? I’m just unsure how it works

If you mean the delivery office, then the answer is no, as it will be closed. I have no idea how it works in a mail centre though.
