I've applied for a part time post of 22 hours. How many days holiday will I get based on the following as there is no mention of what the normal number of hours is to pro-rata against:

The easiest way to look at it is that you will get 22.5 of your working days. You will be paid 22 hours when you take a week off. It isn't really possible to take a half day off, so that will roll over into the following year.
