Induction Day

I have been made an offer for a job at the Post Office in Brighton.

I have received a text message from ROYAL MAIL stating the following: "2nd Reminder. Please reply to the email sent to you regarding your start date and email bank details so we can join you to the payroll system respond as a matter of urgency. If you no longer require the position please let us know so we can offer the vacancy to another candidate"

There are a few problems here. Firstly, I never received the 1st Reminder! Secondly, I have no idea where that supposed email been could be, I have looked everywhere I know and cannot find it. All my emails correspondence have been through my regular personal inbox, I don't have any email address with Royal Mail. So I have no information about the induction day; where or when it might be.

As this is a matter of 'urgency' I'd like to get answer asap. I've spoken to a Complaints Manger at the Brighton office, who suggested HR, but I've been unsuccessful getting through to them as there doesn't seem to be an option for my query.

I was in communication with someone from Frontline Recruitment for the past two weeks who arranged my DBS check and requested information for an Photo ID. Since receiving the text message, they have stopped responding to my emails! I'm really at a loss here.

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

try myapplication@royalmail.com

also, check any spam folders, sometimes hackers hijack a @royal.mail addresses and some email providers randomly mark them as spam.
