Automated “did not meet minimum criteria” email

Hi

I have just applied for a Parcelforce Warehouse Sorter position through the RM website and immediately upon submitting I received an automated rejection email - “we cannot progress your application at this time because you do not meet the minimum criteria”.

I’m wondering if I have completed the form incorrectly or omitted something? Possibly input something in an incorrect format, but surely that would flag up prior to submission?

There was no space to input work history, except current employer and job title, however I did attach my CV.

I did not enter any professional qualifications as I did not interpret this to mean academic qualifications.

I input driver license details and categories (no LGV licence but standard categories up to 7500kg - passed test prior to 1997). Declared 3 penalty points.

I class myself as having a disability.

Could it be the job has been withdrawn (but it still shows on website)?
