Been a postie for about two months. At my induction day, training courses were mentioned - such as management, CPC.....
How do I go about finding out what's available to me? And what's the likelihood I will be able to apply for them? Thanks.

I've had a look through and some interesting course.
I spoke to DOM but they weren't very forthcoming with any encouragement with me doing any courses. Shall I just enrol?
